Our delivery partner Interparcel and Australia Post are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Please contact us on 0499800666 with any questions. 

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are despatched by Interparcel and Aust Post E – Parcel System.

The majority of orders are delivered by Interparcel using Couriers Please and other delivery partners and Aust Post within 5-8 working days for Eastern states & 7-15 working days for others.

The courier company will usually leave the parcel in a safe place or a postal card if nobody is home to accept delivery. If delivery of your order is taking longer than outlined above you should check with Interparcel or Australia Post prior to contacting us.

EXPRESS POST Service on orders within Australia. Capital city delivery is overnight to 2 days with regional areas 1-3 working days.  Our online shop will calculate the express post charge at the checkout.  This is usually sent via Star Track Express Service

Although Interparcel has proven itself to be reliable over the years, sometimes delays do occur.
